Reelix StudioPrivacy policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
Reelix Studio LLC collects only what it needs to produce and deliver your video.
What we collect
- Your name, email and any contact details you send us.
- The property materials you provide, such as photos, notes and branding.
- Payment records from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
How we use it
To communicate with you, produce and deliver your video, process payments and refunds, and keep business records. Your materials may be processed by the AI generation and audio services we use to make the video, only for that purpose.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep project files as long as needed to deliver your order and handle revisions, and business records as required by law. Email us to ask for your project materials to be deleted.
