Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Reelix Studio LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Reelix Studio", "we"). By ordering a video you agree to them.

The service

We produce AI-assisted real estate property videos from materials you provide. The standard order is one finished video up to 45 seconds for $350 USD, including a concept and storyboard for your approval, creative direction, generation, editing, and two revision rounds within the approved concept. A new creative direction after a concept has been approved costs $500 USD and is quoted separately in writing before work starts.

Your materials

You confirm that you own, or are authorized to use, every photo, video, logo and piece of information you send us, and that you have any consent needed from people shown in them. We use your materials only to produce your video.

Approvals and revisions

Production starts only after you approve the concept. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the approved concept. Changes that alter the approved concept are a new concept. Unused revision rounds expire 30 days after delivery of the most recent version.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Turnaround is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Refunds and cancellation

• Before you approve the concept: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After concept approval, before final delivery: cancel for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• After the final video is delivered: no refund. Your included revision rounds are the remedy for changes.

To cancel or request a refund, email hi@reelixstudio.ai with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Delivery and use

We deliver the final video as a digital file. Once paid in full, you may use the delivered video to market the property, including on your website, listings and social media. Generated content may vary and may not depict the property exactly; you are responsible for making sure the video you publish is accurate and complies with the rules of your brokerage, MLS and local advertising law.

Our portfolio

We will not show your video publicly as a portfolio sample without your written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
